Bomē is a small shop and we work hard to ship all orders within three business days of your purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns and exchanges because we want you to love your purchase. Because we're a small business, all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
All items returned or exchanged must be unworn and in the condition you received with all tags on.
To process an exchange or return, please contact the shop within two days of receiving your order. Customers must ship within three days.
SALES & DISCOUNTS
All discounted items are final sale. Exchanges are accepted on unworn items in their original condition.
RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for postage for exchanged and returned items. Our decision for this is intentional. We do our best to be as environmentally friendly as possible, including the carbon and materials used to pack and ship every package. We encourage our customers to be thoughtful in purchasing every garment and to properly measure before purchasing to ensure accuracy, with the end goal of promoting intentional consumption and reducing our overall carbon footprint during the shipping process.
Bomē is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and reserves the right to decline any exchange or return that does not meet the conditions detailed above.
